摘　　要：在电大开放教育中,网上论坛存在着观念落后、管理不善和功能单一等问题,需要通过增强文字编辑功能、增强帖子查询功能、增加绘画板、增设专题论坛等办法做好网上论坛的开发与利用。There exist many problems in BBS of the TVU distance and open education, such as old idea, bad management and unitary function. We should try to develop and use BBS of TVU distance and open education by all kinds ways. For example, we should strengthen the edit function of language,enhance the search ruction of the card,add the painting board and set up special subject forum.
