构建适应高等教育发展的新型师生关系

摘　　要：建立符合时代要求、适应现代教育需要的新型师生关系,是高等教育改革的重要课题。高校师生关系存在诸多不和谐因素,教师转变观念是重构师生关系的要件,包括明确教师职责、重视师生平等关系、满足受教育者的投资愿望等。提升教师素质是构建新型师生关系的保证,要求教师人格品行堪为师表,是终身学习的楷模,具备高等教育的理论修养,在教育实践中表现创新精神。To form a new - type teacher - student relation fitting in with the demand of modem education is an important task for the reform of higher education. At present, a good many disharmonies exist in the relation between teachers and students. Changes of out - of- date ideas are essential to the reform of teacher- student relation. These changes should include defining the responsibilities of the teacher, respecting the equality of the teachers and the students and satisfying the desirability of the educatee. Improving the quality of the teaching staff is the guarantee for the success of the reform of teacher - student relation. The teacher should be a person of exemplary virtue and a model of learning for life, and know well the theories about higher education and show innovative spirit in their educational practice.
