摘　　要：本文以MEMS光开关为研究对象,详细介绍了MEMS的工作原理及其特点,并结合开发经验介绍用AT89C8252单片机、PLD和光传感器制成的光开关及与计算机之间的通信。This text regards MEMS mere switch as the research object, has introduced the principle and characteristic of MEMS in detail, combining my own development experience, introduce the optic switches which is made up of AT89C8252 single-chip microcomputer, PLD and optic sensor and the communication between the computer and the optic switches.
