摘 要:相对于群体性教育的个性教育、相对于传统教育的创造性教育思想在高等教育中的倡导和落实虽已取得初步进展,但步履艰难。这主要是因为对个性教育、创造性教育的认识不够充分,高校注重知识的传授而忽视能力的培养、注重标准化教育而忽视创造性思维的培养、注重同步化教育而忽视个性培养、注重刚性的纪律管教而忽视学生的主体地位倾向的惯性较大。因此提出,为强化个性教育、创造性教育,高校的教育教学应坚持个性化、探究性、主体性和以创新能力为本的基本原则。Against traditional education, the open education focusing on individuality and creativity has just witnessed its preliminary progress in the higher education, but it is still trudging with difficulty. This is mainly because of people's unsound understanding toward it. And universities have been used to focusing its attention on instructing knowledge instead of developing ability, on standardization instead of creativity, on synchronization instead of individuality, on rigid disciplining subjection instead of student's own liability tendency inertia. The paper thus holds that university's education should adhere such basic educating principles as individual-orientation, research ability and innovative-based ability so as to strengthen individuality-and-creativity-based education.
