摘　　要：本文采用蒙特卡洛（Ｍｏｎｔｅ—Ｃａｒｌｏ）辐射计算方法、计算了食品烤箱内一组管状加热元件对食品托盘的辐照度不均匀性。对绘制的计算曲线与理论曲线进行了比较、二者吻合较好。In this paper,the Monte Carlo method of radiative calculation is used to compute the unevenness of irradiation of a set of heating tube to food's plate in a oven.The curves plotted of numerical solution are compared with the theoreticeal solution,they are very corresponding.
