摘　　要：简述了高校办学特色,并对西南科技大学的3个办学特色进行了阐述:即对共建和产学研联合办学的办学体制特色;材料学、控制理论与控制工程、农学学科显示出的优势学科专业特色;“艰苦奋斗、自强不息”的校园文化特色作了阐述。The feature of running institutions of higher learning is explained. Three distinctive features of running Southwest University of Science and Technology are expounded, i.e. system of jointly developing and running a university in cooperation with enterprises and research institutes; domirant disciplines and specialties such as materials, control theory and control engineering and agriculture; and campus culture of “constantly striving to become stronger”.
