摘　　要：从不同角度分析了高等函授教育教学质量下降的原因,提出了从教学内容、教学手段和教学管理等环节入手,逐步提高高等函授教育教学质量的对策。From different angles, This paper analyzes on the causes why the instructional quality of the correspondence education is falling down, and starting from the instructional contents, instructional methods, and instructional management, etc., puts forward some countermeasures for gradually improving the instructional quality of the correspondence education.
