摘　　要：血管内带膜支架已成为治疗外周血管病的一种重要手段,而其在脑血管病治疗中的应用正在成为研究的热点。文章介绍了血管内带膜支架的种类和制作方法,并从实验研究和临床治疗2个方面介绍了带膜支架的应用现状。虽然应用带膜支架治疗巨大动脉瘤、梭形动脉瘤和动静脉瘘等疾病已取得很好的效果,但也还存在一些问题。随着材料的不断改进、疾病机制的进一步阐明以及影像学技术的进步,血管内带膜支架在脑血管病治疗中的应用会越来越广泛。Covered stenting has become an important measure in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases, and the application of covered stents in the treatment of cerebrovuscular diseases is becoming a topic of general interest. The article addresses the types of covered stentts and their manufacturing methods, and the present situation of the application of covered stentts in both experimental research and clinical treatment. Although good curative effect have been achieved in the treatment of giant aneurysms, fasiform aneurysms and arteriovenous fistulas by using covered stentts, there are still a lot of problems. With the improvement of materials, further clarification of the pathogenesis and the progress of imaging technologies, the application of endovuscular covered stents in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases will be widely developed.
