摘　　要：目的检测膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中HIF-1α的表达情况,初步探讨HIF-1α在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学检测膀胱移行细胞癌组织中HIF-1α的蛋白表达,并分析其表达与肿瘤临床分期、病理分级及复发的关系。结果12例正常膀胱组织未发现HIF-1α阳性表达,57例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中有30例HIF-1α表达阳性,阳性表达率占52.63%。其表达与肿瘤的病理分级无关,但与肿瘤的临床分期及复发明显相关。结论在膀胱移行细胞癌中,HIF-1α的表达均明显上调,HIF-1α在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌的侵袭等生物学过程中具有重要的作用,HIF-1α可能可以用于临床监控膀胱肿瘤的进展。[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the clinicopathological significance of HIF-lalpha expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. [Methods] HIF-lalpha protein expression was determined using immunohistochemistry. The relationship between HIF-lalpha expression and various clinicopathological parameters including pathological grade and clinical stage was analyzed. [Results] Over-expression of HIF-I alpha was frequently （30 of 57 cases, 52.63%） detected in bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues, whereas no HIF-lalpha expressions in the 12 normal bladder tissues. HIF-lalpha expression was significantly associated with invasive bladder cancer, but not with increased pathological grade. [Conclusion] HIF-lalpha is frequently expressed in bladder transitional cell carcinoma, HIF-lalpha may play a critical role in the invasion of bladder carcinoma and can be used to estimate the progression of bladder carcinoma for clinical work.
