摘　　要：采用真运动原理的数学模型，在袖珍电子计算机上编制了渔船避险方案程序．该程序主要为渔船在海上规避危险运动目标时，提供“保速改向”、“保向减速”及“减速改向”等各种避险方案，以便协助船舶驾驶人员及早采取措施，决策避让行动．In this paper a model based on the theory of true motion is introduced and a programme is compiled in a pocket-size computer.This programme can provide many plans of avoiding disaster in a voyage,so it will be very helpful to officers to decide the plan as early as possible.
