摘 要:采用联苯三酚自氧化速率法测定了精神分裂症及躁狂症患者血SOD活性,结果表明均较健康对照组显著增高(P<0.01)。精神分裂症患者家系一级亲属中血SOD升高者占71.4%,躁狂症患者家系一级亲属中血SOD升高者65.5%。从家系图分析等看出,这两种患者家系中血SOD升高以常染色体显性遗传方式进行遗传。也讨论了在优生优育遗传咨询中的应用价值。the blood sod activities in the family members of schizophresis and mania were measured by C6H3(OH)3 self-oxidation rate method and were higher significantly than that of the normal subJects(p<0.01).The rate of family members with higher blood SOD activity in schizophrenics families was 71.4%,in mania family members 65.5%.After analysis of the patients family relationship maps,we found that in the two kinds of patients families the higher blood SOD activity was a character inherited in autosome dominant type(AD).
