摘　　要：高职院校图书馆员要发挥在创新教育中的作用,必须转变观念,强化创新教育的意识;重视馆藏文献资源建设,为创新教育提供物质保障;重视网络建设,为创新教育提供更多的网络资源;改革服务模式,更好地服务于创新教育。It is necessary for librarians to play a vital role in the course of innovative education to renew opinions and strengthen the consciousness of innovative education, stress the document resources building in order to provide substance ensurance for innovative education, emphasize internet construction to provide more internet resources for innovative education, and reform the service pattern to better service innovative education.
