摘  要:目的:研究声波器械根管内的杀菌作用。方法:将36个根管预备至80#,根尖孔封闭和2/3牙根包埋的离体前牙,随机分为蒸馏水组和次氯酸钠组。将已知细菌浓度的变形链球菌(Ingbritt)、粘性放线菌(ATCC 19246)和金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 25923)菌液分别置于根管内,分组加入蒸馏水和次氯酸钠。用声波器械处理根管1、2、3、4、5和6 m in,取样、细菌培养后,计数,行前后细菌存活率比较,通过χ2检验进行统计学分析,比较不同成分冲洗液对杀菌作用的影响。结果:蒸馏水组,随声波器械处理时间的增加,细菌存活率逐渐下降。到6 m in后,仍可见细菌菌落的生长。次氯酸钠组,细菌的存活率明显降低。至3 m in后,琼脂平板已未见细菌菌落的生长。1 m in和2m in,次氯酸钠组和蒸馏水组的细菌存活率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:声波器械本身的杀菌作用是有限的,结合低浓度次氯酸钠溶液作为冲洗剂可以获得良好的根管杀菌效果。Objective: To study the bactericidal effect of sonic instrument in root canal preparation. Methods: Thirty -six anterior teeth, with root canal finished at 80^# and 2/3 root embedded, were divided into two groups in random. Known concentration of streptococcus mutans ( Ingbritt ), Actinomyces viscosus ( ATCC 19246 ) and Staphylococcus aureus ( ATCC 25923), were moved into the root canal respectively. Then one group root canals mixed with distill water, and the other group mixed with sodium hypochlorite. After sonic instrumentation with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 minutes, we sampled and cultivated the mixture in root canal. The livability of the bacteria was compared, and statistical difference between two groups was analyzed by means of X^2 test. Results: During sonic instrumentation, the livability of bacteria was gradually decreased in distill water group, and significantly decreased in sodium hypochlorite group. There had significant difference between two groups on bacteria livability at the end of 1 or 2 minute( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The bactericidal effect of sonic instrument in root canal preparation is limited. It can be enhanced through low concentration of sodium hypochlorite.
