摘　　要：认为高校“经济法”教学中存在诸多弊端,极大地限制了该课程教学效果和效率的提高。从“经济法”课程教学内容和教学方法方面提出了改革的建议。Many disadvantages exist in teaching Economics Law in colleges and universities, which has greatly restricted the teaching results and efficiency. The suggestion of reforming the teaching contents and teaching policy for Economics Law course is put forward in this paper.
