摘　　要：在研究国内外现有探伤小车结构的基础上,结合新型钢轨探伤车中试实验车对探伤小车的总体技术要求,研制出了一种新型的探伤小车。通过对该探伤小车的理论计算和相关试验得出,研制的探伤小车能够以80 km/h安全运行,并满足探伤检测系统和对中系统的设计要求。Based on the technical requirements of the rail flaw detection car, a new type of test carriage has been developed by investigating the structures of the worldwide existing test carriages. From the simulation results and the field test results, it can be concluded that the developed test carriage can run safely in the speed of 80km/h and can satisfy the technical requirements of the rail flaw detection system and the probe wheel positioning system.
