摘　　要：数学教师专业化成长对新数学课程的科学实施、健康成长和数学课程与教学论的完善有重要意义。为适应这些要求,当前数学教师专业化成长的主要任务是转变数学教育观念,更新数学教育专业知识,以增强课程实施和研究的能力。Mathematics teachers professional growth has important significances in science implementing, healthy growing of the new mathematics curriculum and improving theory of mathematics curriculum and teaching .At present , assignments of mathematics teachers professional growth are changing mathematics education belief, mathematics education subject knowledge and strengthening capability of implementation of the new mathematics curriculum and researching.
