农村中学化学教师工作待遇调查报告

摘　　要：对山东省4个地级市的21个县的中学化学教师的工作量及工作待遇情况进行了调查.通过统计分析发现,农村教师的工作量较大,然而他们的工资待遇却非常低;农村教师的职业病(如咽炎、颈椎病等)比较严重,但是鲜有教师享有医疗保险.提出了提高农村教师工资待遇、减少工作量的建议.An investigation is carried on in 4 areas of Shandong province of 21 counties of high school chemistry teachers workload and work treatment. Through statistical analysis, we draw a conclusion：The workload between oounty and city teacher is similar, however the treatment of their wages is very low; the occupation disease （such as the pharyngitis, cervical vertebra disease is far-gone） of the country high schools＇ teacher is serious, but few of them possess the medical treatment insurance. A suggestion of improving country teacher wages treatment and reducing their workload is brought forward.
