摘 要:目的针对安徽省庐江县胃癌持续高发现象,探索该县农村家庭自制食品与胃癌的关系。方法采用配对病例对照研究设计,收集了2003年8月~2004年8月303例胃癌新发病例和303例健康对照。对可能的危险因素进行单因素、调整混杂因素(10年前人均年收入、文化程度、性格、慢性胃部疾病史)的条件logistic回归分析,估计其OR值及95%可信区间(CI)。结果盐渍臭萝卜月食用量三、四两个等级的OR值调整前为4.01(95%CI为2.41~6.68)、5.78(95%CI为3.38~9.79),调整后为3.20(95%CI为1.52~6.74)、5.02(95%CI为2.31~10.90)。肉类腌制品调整前后均显示出与胃癌有较强关联,而糯米耙在调整后无统计学意义。结论该县农村常见的盐渍臭萝卜、肉类腌制品与胃癌的发病呈正相关。Objective To explore the relationship between self-made foods and gastric cancer in Lujiang, Anhui province. Methods 303 newly diagnosed cases with gastric cancer and the same number of healthy controls matched by sex and age, were selected in a case-control study in Lujiang from Aug 2003 to Aug 2004. Potentical risk factors were analysed by univariate and adjused confound factors condition logistic analysis, with odds ratios (OR) and 95% CI calculated. Results Before adjusting, the OR of third and fourth ranks of pickled radish intake per month were 4.01 (95 % CI : 2.41- 6.68), 5.78 (95% CI :3.38-9.79), and 3.20(95% CI :1.52-6.74), 5.02(95% CI :2.31-10.90) adjusted respectively. The results showed that pickled radish, preserved meat were positive associated with gastric cancer, while self-made rice was no statistical signification. Conclusions There were positive relationship between pickled radish, preserved meat and gastric cancer in rural areas.
