摘　　要：介绍了中国药科大学生药学学科在学科建设与人才培养方面的探索与实践,认为一个学科的科学研究水平和学术队伍水平是高质量人才培养的关键。This paper introduces the exploration and practice on the discipline construction of Pharmacognosy at China Pharmaceutical University. It is considered that the key factors for training qualified personnel for a discipline are to raise the levels of scientific researches and academic teams.
