摘  要:为了更真实、客观、全面、公正地考察和评定护理人员的岗位绩效,建立护理人员岗位绩效评价体系,首先需要确立绩效评价的指标。我院结合护理工作的职责范围与现代护理模式,确立了评价护理人员岗位绩效的五大考核指标,分别为护理工作质量、护理知识技能、工作可信度、工作态度、勤勉性。确立评价指标后,护理人员明确了岗位职责,转变了服务观念,变被动服务为主动服务,提高了服务品质;充分调动了护士的工作积极性与主动性;增加了护士工作的成就感和满意感。In order to review and appraise the performance of nurses more truly,impersonally and comprehensively build up the evaluation system,a standard evaluation index should be set up firstly.By analyzing the nursing service,the job responsibilities,and the modem nursing modes,five main indexes to evaluate nursing position performance were brought forward,which were nursing quality,nursing knowledge and skills,work reliability,work attitude and work diligence.When setting the evaluation indexes,position responsibilities were clarified,service idea was changed from passive into active,improving the service quality as well as the job satisfactory among nurses.
