摘  要:面对激烈的市场竞争,工程监理咨询公司应从顾客需要理论出发,了解顾客心目中所关切的服务品质,积极探索企业发展定位。通过分析监理咨询公司服务对象的关系与需求,指出影响外部顾客需求满意的相关因素,并从监理咨询服务特性分析了满足外部顾客需求实现的措施和方法。Faced severely market competition the engineering consultant companies should attain the information of service quality expected by customs and positively decide the direction of the future development in accordance with custom requirement. Through analysis of the relationship and requirement of service objectives, engineering consultant companied are presented the correlated effect factors to satisfy the customs. According to the system analysis of the service characteristics of engineering supervision and consulting, measurements and method to satisfy the requirements of external customs are discussed.
