摘　　要：虚拟R&D组织是通过虚拟组织成员之间的关系契约整合优势研发资源以快速应对瞬息万变的市场需求,是合作R&D在全球网络经济迅猛发展背景下的一种组织创新形式。虚拟研发组织的战略伙伴选择机制是其持续稳定发展的制度保证之一。本文在调研的基础上从研发层面、合作层面及企业层面三个方面提炼我国虚拟R&D组织伙伴选择的评价指标体系,然后构建合作伙伴筛选的模糊综合评价模型,最后给出一个数值例子。Along with the soaring development of Internet economy comes a novel form of organization - the virtual R＆D organization（VRDO）. And the aim to establish a VRDO is to cooperate and to share each other＇s R＆D competency in order to cope with the ever changeful market demand rapidly. So the partner selection of a VRDO is one key to the success of the strategic R＆D alliance. From the survey, this paper first establishes an evaluation index system adapted to Chinese＇s situation, then evaluates and selects the potential partner according to FCE （fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation）, and enumerates a case for references in the end.
