摘　　要：高校图书馆员继续教育刻不容缓,在图书馆理论界已形成共识。从工作实际出发,就高校图书馆员继续教育的必要性、继续教育的内容进行了论述,并对当前如何开展继续教育谈了一些看法。The continuous education for university librarians is of great urgency, which has been a common understanding in the circles of library science. Starting from the practice, this paper discusses on the necessity and the contents of the continuous education for university librarians, and puts forward some opinions on how to carry out the continuous education at present.
