摘　　要：随着轨道交通建设的飞速发展，轨道交通中的噪声和振动问题也随之凸现。上海的明珠线轻轨系统，北京的13号线轻轨系统都曾面临噪声振动的困扰，东京地铁12号线在运行中的噪声问题也令日本地铁界感到无奈。环境噪声和振动影响问题已经成为限制轨道交通快速发展的重要因素。文章分析了城市轨道交通噪声的形成原理与分类，介绍了多种城市轨道交通中减振降噪的措施。建议在今后的工作中，进一步开展新型产品的开发和相关规范的制定工作，以利轨道交通建设和环境保护协调发展。With the rapid development of the mass transit construction, the noise and vibration issues in the mass transit have become prominent. The light rail system of the Pearl Line in Shanghai and the Light Rail system of Line 13 in Beijing had all been faced with the embarrassment by the noise and vibration issues. The noise issue in the operation of the Tokyo Subway Line 12 also made the subway sector in Japan feel puzzled.
