摘　　要：在概述国内外图书馆开展实时参考咨询工作的基础上,文章从实时参考咨询系统的选择、参考馆员在实时咨询接谈中的注意事项等方面对图书馆实时参考咨询工作进行了探索。This article presents the status quo of real - time reference service at home and abroad. The thesis also advances advice upon how to choose real - time software and what the reference librarian should do during the period of a real - time reference interview.
