摘 要:护理人际学是现代护理管理学的重要内容,它要求管理者将组织内的人际关系的处理放在首位,把管理工作重点放在激发被管理者的积极性上。新形势下,护理工作中人际关系发生了深刻的变化,在护士长日常管理工作中,充分认识并正视这一变化,积极运用护理人际学,调动“人”的因素,可提高护理管理水平,改善护理质量,提高病人满意度,防止医疗纠纷的发生。The nursing communication skills are the important content in modern nursing management. It demands the head nurses to put it on the primary position which is how to deal with the relationships between the people of the group and put the emphases on how to arouse their enthusiasm, since the profound changes between interpersonal relationships in nursing work have taken place under the new situation. In head nurses' usual management, full recognition of the changes, active application of nursing communication skills could promote nursing management, improve nursing quality, increase patients' satisfaction and avoid the occurrence of medical disputes.
