摘　　要：针对马铃薯生产和加工的技术需求,在分析国内外马铃薯生产技术和加工技术的现状、创新趋势的基础上,指出了马铃薯产业化在生产技术、加工工艺和科技创新方面的主要问题,通过对马铃薯战略目标和战略思路的分析探讨今后马铃薯科研发展的选择,提出马铃薯可持续超高产栽培理论与技术模式研究,马铃薯主产区产地环境改善的无公害生产技术研究,马铃薯主产区保护性耕作制与关键技术研究,马铃薯主产区重大病虫害防治技术研究,马铃薯高效技术研究,专用马铃薯品种筛选和良种区域化技术与示范是马铃薯创新的领域和方向。To meet the needs of potato production and processing techniques, the main problems about production, process and technological innovation in potato industrialization are pointed out by analyzing the current situation and innovative tendency of potato production and processing techniques at home and abroad. On the base of analyzing the strategic aims and thinking about research development in potato, the innovative field and direction including the sustainable super high-yielding cultivation theory and technical models, techniques of non-pollution production, protecting farming system and controlling major diseases and insects in major production areas, high-efficiency techniques, selection of special variety and regionalization of improved variety are put forward.
