α-干扰素联合无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎

摘　　要：目的观察α-干扰素与无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效.方法 39例(47眼)临床诊断为单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,随机分为常规组及干扰素组.常规组20例用0.1%无环鸟苷滴眼液每日点眼4～6次,并给予常规治疗;干扰素组19例在常规组治疗的基础上,加用α-2b基因工程干扰(IFN-α-2b)滴眼液,每日点眼3～4次,持续时间1～2周.观察治疗前后自觉症状、角膜溃疡愈合、荧光素染色转阴等指标的改变.结果 3例淘汰,有效率干扰素组90.0%,常规组62.5%(P＜0.05).结论干扰素与无环鸟苷在治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎时有协同作用,可提高治愈率.Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of α-interferon and acyclovir eye drops on herpes simplex keratitis（HSK）. Methods 39 HSK patients（47 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients as routine group with a basic therapy of acyclovir and tobrmycine eye drops. The interferon group in addition they received IFN-α-2b eye drops 3 times per day for 2 weeks. The marker of observation included the changes of the selffeeling,fluorescein stain,healing of the corneal ulcer. Results 3 patients were lost. The efficacy of the therapy was 90.0 % in the interferon group and 62.5 % in the routine group. Conclusions There is synergistic anti-HSV activity between IFN-α-2b and acyclovir. The combination of the two drugs can raise the healing rate of herpes simplex keratitis.
