摘　　要：通过对企业文化和高校企业文化内涵的界定, 阐述了高校企业文化建设的作用和途径, 明确高校后勤企业的生存和发展应加强企业文化建设。The article demonstrates college enterprise culture construction, function and methods by defining the enterprise culture and college enterprise culture. It poses the perspective that college logistics could survive and be developed only by strengthening enterprise culture construction.
