摘　　要：在探讨“示范”实验室、“三型”实验的内涵、实践教育教学观念转变、实验室建设定位、目标和思路的基础上,介绍了湖南大学化学基础课程省级示范实验室的建设情况。围绕创新思维和创新能力的培养,在实验教学环节、实验室管理、实验队伍建设和实验设施等方面作了较全面的改革与建设,实现了实践教育教学体系化和实验设施现代化。采取多途径将建设成果进行了有效的辐射。This paper introduced the construction of the provincial model laboratory of chemistry basic courses of Hunan University based on discussion about the content of the laboratory and three-type experiment, the change of teaching concept of practical education as well as the position, aim and ideas of laboratory construction. In order to cultivate students＇ thought and ability of bringing forth new ideas, the experimental centre made comprehensive reform and construction on the experimental teaching, laboratory management, laboratory staff and equipment, and realized the systematization of practical education and modernization of laboratory equipment, and also radiated these construction achievements out through various approaches.
