摘　　要：论述了硕士研究生择业时所面临的问题以及求职对策。指出硕士研究生择业时应做好充分的心理准备和确立正确的择业观,同时也应提高竞争意识和自身素质。The problems and countermeasures of obtaining employment about postgraduates are discussed in this paper, which pointing out that the postgraduates ought to have mental preparation and proper concept of obtaining employment. At the same time, competitive consciousness and self- ability must be enhanced.
