摘　　要：东风６内燃机车微机控制屏单板功能测试合是根据其Ｉ／Ｏ总线（ＦＥ－ＢＵＳ）的结构特点，设计一个接口电路与微机相连，并利用继电器将各Ｉ／Ｏ板共用引脚的不同输入、输出信号分离开。文中主要介绍了测试合的硬件结构、测试软件和测试方法。Based on the structure features of I/O bus(FE-BUS),the single board function test desk is designed with a interface circuit to connect with the microcomputer, and the different input/output signals in the common pin in each I/O board can be separated via relays. This article mainly describes the hardware structure of the test desk ,software for test, and test methods.
