摘　　要：目的掌握汕头大学医学院副处级及副高以上人员的身体健康状况,为预防保健工作提供依据。方法对汕头大学医学院153名副处级和副高以上知识分子进行一次全面而系统的体格检查。结果153名体检人员中有136名共患有64种不同疾病。总检出患病率为88.31%。其中,脂肪肝54例,检出率最高,为35.29%;前列腺肥大46例,检出率为30.07%;血尿酸增高27例,检出率为17.65%;居第四位的是高血压病,19例,检出率为12.42%;第五位高血脂症18例,检出率为11.76%。结论高校应重视高级知识分子的预防保健工作,提高健康水平,从而确保科研和教学任务的完成。Objective To investigete the healthy status of persons with high qualification in medical college of shantou university. Method Up to the end of November, 2004, 153 cases with high qualification were systematically checked-up. Results 136 of 153 cases suffered from 64 kinds of diseases （88.31%）, including fatty liver in 54 cases （35.29%）, BPH in 46 cases （30.07%）, high blood uric acid in 27 cases （17.65%）, hypertension in 19 cases （12.42%） and hyperlipoidemia （11.76%）. Conclusion Our data demonstrate that college should strengthen the prevention and health care on the high intellectual so as to ensure the accomplishment of research and teach tasks.
