小城镇职业教育模式研究

摘　　要：小城镇职业教育担负着对我国城乡众多劳动力的教育与培训职责,它应以区域经济需求为导向来调整办学方向,以提高城乡劳动力技能与素质并促进其就业为目标。根据区域经济特点可将小城镇职业教育模式归纳为面向本地城镇就业的、面向本地农村需求的、面向外地城镇就业的3种职业教育模式。Vocational education of wide places in the road assumes the function of educating and training town and countryside labor force. It must be taken on the base of regional economic requirement, and aim to improve skills and quality of from town and countryside so as to help them get jobs successfully. Vocational education mode of wide places in the road comprises three types, such as to employ in local wide place in the road, local countryside and other wide place in the road according to regional economic characteristics.
