摘　　要：高职教师的培养目标是促进教师的全面发展,提高教师的业务素质是高职教师获得全面发展的内在条件。高职教师提高业务素质要经过几个基本途径,职业教育思想是基础,专业发展是核心,提高专业实践能力是关键,提高科研能力是必由之路。The all-round development of teachers is the fundamental one of the goals of training teachers from the advanced vocational colleges, among which, enhancing the professional qualities of teachers is the inner factor which can help teachers develop fully. Teachers also need to enhance their professional qualities by several basic ways. Vocational educational thinking is the base. the professional development is the core, enhancing the professional practical ability is the key and improving the ability in the scientific research is a required way.
