摘　　要：该文阐述中国茶文化学者的传统文化修养和德才架构,指出其应具《周易》的自强不息、厚德载物的基本精神,识解宇宙以人为中心、知识以利世为准则之大旨,在茶文化研究中掌握阴阳和合、刚柔兼济之哲学理说,才能守持固正而有所成就。Through an illustration of a Chinese tea-culture scholar based on his cultural accomplish ment and the framework of his talent and morality, the thesis points out that a tea-culture scholar should be one who was imbued with the basic “Zhouyi” spirit “striving unceasingly to improve oneself with great virtue”, one who understood that the fundamental principle of the universe is human-centered, with knowledge to benefit the world. Also, in researching tea culture it is important to have a good command of the harmony of “yin” and “yang”, of toughness and softness.
