双低菜籽粕中营养成分与有毒有害物质的分析

摘　　要：对双低菜籽粕中主要营养成分及有毒有害物质进行测定,并与普通菜籽粕和豆粕进行分析比较,提出了提高双低菜籽粕营养价值的途径,以及双低菜籽粕在畜禽日粮中合理应用的方法。Major nutritive ingredients and deleterious substances in double-low rapeseed meal were determined, which were compared with those in common rapeseed meal and soybean meal through analysis. The ways to increase the nutrient value of double-low rapeseed and the methods to rationally utilize the double-low rapeseed meal in daily diets for poultry and livestock were put forward.
