摘　　要：从经济学的角度对人力资源进行了论述,提出在新的经济发展条件下,要加快对人力资源开发的观念更新,为经济发展提供智力支撑和人才保障。This paper discusses on the human resource from the angle of the economics, and puts forward that the concept innovation in aspect of the human resource development should be speeded up under the conditions Of the new economic development for the purpose of providing the intellectual support and the talent guarantee for the economic development.
