摘　　要：运用免疫组织化学技术——S-P 法,检测了78例肺癌组织中的 P^(53)抑癌基因产物——P^(53)蛋白的表达。结果发现肺癌组织的 P^(53)蛋白表达率为53.8%(42/78)。从而进一步证实了 P^(53)抑癌基因突变与肺癌的关系。S-P method,a superior immunohistochemistric technique,was used to detect the p^(53) protein expression of tumor suppressor gene product in 78 cases of human lung cancer tissues.It was found that the ratio of the p^(53) protein expression in lung cancer was 53.8 percent (42/78),and the results further verified the relationship between the mutation of p^(53) gene and lung cancer.
