增强高校中层领导干部执政能力的几点思考

摘　　要：高校中层领导干部执政能力的高低,战斗力的强弱,直接反映党的执政能力状况。由于多种原因,他们与高校所承担的历史使命要求还有很大差距。为此,正确使用权力,强化执政意识,为人民掌好权;掌握执政规律,夯实执政基础,坚持以人为本,成为提高执政能力的有效途径。The administrative ability and fighting capacity of middle-level cadres in institutions of higher education directly reflect the governing ability of the Party. Because of various reasons, there is a long way for them to go in living up to the required historical tasks of higher-education institutions. Thus, properly exercising power and enhancing administrative sense for the people, grasping the law of administration, reinforcing the foundation of administration, and sticking to the principle of people orientation are effective approaches to improve the administrative ability.
