摘　　要：针对啤酒发酵过程控制及其管理自动化的需要,介绍了基于CAN总线的啤酒发酵监控系统的总体结构,并且重点阐述了CAN总线在现场智能节点和智能通信适配器USB-CAN的硬件电路实现及软件设计的方法。该系统具有结构简单、易于扩充、可靠性高、性价比高等特点。Being aimed at the needs of the control and management automation in the process of beer fermentation,the configuration of the control system of beer fermentation based on CAN bus is introduced.The paper puts the emphasis on the circuit design of field smart node and smart adapter with USB interface and CAN bus interface as well as the methods for software design of the control system based on CAN bus.The control system has advantages of simple ,reliable,flexible and cheap for its functions.
