摘　　要：在综合了多方观点的基础上,通过深入研究,给出了企业再造的定义,并对企业再造三要素企业流程再造、企业组织再造、企业文化再造进行了研究。On the base of various points of view, gives an exact definition for the business reengineering through deep study, and develops a further study on three factors of the enterprise reegngineering：business processing reengineering, business organization reegineering, business culture reengineering and their relationships.
