摘　　要：21世纪是一个开放的社会,教学也更加开放,实施开放式教学,不断创新,就能够很好地解决《新课程标准》的要求,达到体育教学改革的目的。Teaching is becoming more and more open because of the open social enviroment in the 21th Century. By implementing the open teaching method and making innovations eontinuously, The standard of New Courses can be reached easily and then the aim of the reform in P. E. can also be achieved.
