固始鸡与丝毛乌骨鸡孵化期间蛋黄胆固醇含量分析

摘　　要：对单冠乌骨鸡、复冠乌骨鸡、快羽固始鸡、慢羽固始鸡4.个品种(系)种蛋孵化期间蛋黄内胆固醇含量的测定分析表明:鸡不同品种(或品系)蛋黄干样胆固醇含量孵化期间呈'升-降-升-降'的变动趋势;0～6胚龄卵黄大量富集胆固醇,富集量与入孵前蛋黄胆固醇含量呈较强负相关,6～9胚龄和15～21胚龄则被大量利用.另外,蛋黄干样胆目醇入孵时含量与出雏时含量呈强正相关.Determination on the cholesterol content in yolk of 4 varieties of single and double combed silky chicks and fast and slow feathering of Gushi chicks was determined showed that the cholesterol content in dry yolk samples appeared the tendency of increase-decrease-increase-decrease. During 0 - 6 day of embryo age the cholesterol gathered greatly and the gathered content and the cholesterol content in yolk before incubation appeared strongly negative relation. The cholesterol was utilized greatly during 6 - 9 day-age and 15 - 21 day-age. The cholesterol content in the dry yolk before hatching appeared strongly positive relation to that after hatching.
