摘　　要：分析服务业标准化的总体趋势及我国服务标准化的发展现状,提出了医疗服务标准化的必要性,在阐述医疗服务标准化涵义的基础上,分别从以质量标准化为核心、标准化管理的对象以及标准化表现形式三个不同角度,探讨了医疗服务标准化的不同分类问题。This paper discusses the total trend of service standardization and the development of service standardization in China. It is concluded that standardization of medical treatment service should be carried out. Based on clarifying the meanings of standardization of medical treatment service, its classification is presented.
