脂肪肝与生活行为因素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脂肪肝发病与生活方式和饮食习惯等行为因素的关系。方法在健康体检的铁路机车乘务员、机车检修员中,以B超检查诊断的脂肪肝304人,同期体检条件相似的非脂肪肝540人作为对照组。结果病例组的饮酒等级明显高于对照组(P<0.01)、病例组少运动者明显高于对照组(P<0.01)、进餐时间快(<20min者52.25%vs44.07%)、饭店就餐(≥3次/周者37.17%vs14.63%)病例组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)、病例组少食水果、蔬菜的比率明显高于对照组(1顿/d者63.82%vs45.37%,P<0.01),以车代步、夜晚加餐病例组高于对照组(P<0.05)、对照组的饮茶比率明显高于病例组(P<0.01)。结论脂肪肝的发生与生活方式和饮食习惯密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between incidence of fatty liver and living style and diet, then to provide evidence for its prevention and treatment. Methods In the process of physical examination of railway workers, 304 were chosen from those who were diagnosed as fatty liver by B ultrasonic, and 540 were chosen as contrast from those who were not diagnosed as fatty liver by B ultrasonic. Statistic analysis was undertaken between two groups. Results Those drinking alcohol grade 〉 600 were more in fatty liver group than in contrast group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;hardly excercising were more in fatty liver group than in contrast group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;eating fast, eating often in restaurant, eating more meat were more in fatty liver group than in contrast group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;eating less fruits and vegitables were more in fatty liver group than in contrast group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;driving instead of walking, eating during nights were more in fatty liver group than in contrast group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;those who drink tea were more in contrast group than in fatty liver group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Incidence of fatty liver is closely related with living style and diet, changing of living style and diet may prevent the prevalence of the disease.
