摘　　要：目的:探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中P型铜转运ATP酶(ATP7B)的表达与有无淋巴结转移及预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测64例手术切除的食管鳞状细胞癌组织中ATP7B的表达情况,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果:ATP7B的免疫阳性反应主要定位于食管癌细胞的细胞膜和(或)细胞浆,癌组织中ATP7B的阳性率为63%(40/64),其中有淋巴结转移的ATP7B阳性率为73%(30/41),无淋巴结转移阳性率为43%(10/23),两者具有显著性差异(P=0.019);术后生存期<5年组的ATP7B阳性表达率为72%(33/46),术后生存期>5年组的ATP7B阳性表达率为39%(7/18),两者具有显著性差异(P=0.015)。结论:ATP7B在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的过度表达与食管癌的预后密切相关。Objective： To investigate the expression of copper-transporting P-type adenosine triphosphatase （ATP7B） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the correlations between the expression with metastasis of lymph nodes and the prognosis of cancer. Methods： Immunohistochemistry method （ABC） was applied to determine the expression of ATP7B in 64 surgically resected specimens of esophageal cancer. Clinical data were reviewed and their correlations with the expression of ATP7B were analyzed. Results： Immunoreactivity of ATP7B was chiefly located in the membrane and / or cytoplasm of esophageal cancer cells. The positive immunostaining rate for ATP7B in 64 patients with esophageal cancer was 63% （40/64）. The positive immunostaining rate for ATP7B in the patients with and without lymphatic metastasis was 73%（30/41） and 43% （10/23）, respectively. The difference was signifieant（P=0.019）.The positive immunostaining rate for ATP7B in the patients surviving more than 5 years was 39%（7/18）and that in the patients surviving less than 5 years was 72%（33/46）.The difference was significant （P=0.015）.Conclusion：The over-expression of ATP7B in human esophageal squamous cell careinoma is closely correlated with prognosis of the patients.
