摘　　要：质量功能展开(Q FD)是一种顾客驱动的设计方法论,作为一种有效的策划工具,已被广泛应用于生产领域,也越来越多地应用于非生产领域。本文将该方法应用到教学课程设计中,以生产运作管理课程为例,通过需求分析和三级质量屋的转换,一步步将课程需求细化至教学实施中的具体步骤,并最终运用动态Q FD方法,实现课程设计过程与课程需求的动态整合。Quality Funcation Development is a customer-driven method. As an effective design method, it＇s widely applied in the industry fields as well as non-industry areas. This paper focuses on the teaching design by introducing the course of Operation Management as an example. Through demand analysis and formation of function houses at three levels, the demands for the relevant teaching program of the course are incorporated into the whole process of teaching and learning. With the aid of the methodology of dynamic QFD, the dynamic combination of the demand for the course and teaching design is achieved.
