摘　　要：测定了虾夷扇贝鲜贝柱、干贝柱等质量参数，并与栉孔扇贝、海湾扇贝的质量参数进行比较，证实虾夷扇贝生长快、个体大，鲜贝柱、干贝柱大而且出率高。Based on the determination of the quality parameter of the Ezo scallop (Patinopecten yessoensis)fresh and dried adductors,and compared with the quality parameter of Chlamys farreri and Argopecton irradians, the paper confirmed that the Ezo scallop has many advantages such as growing fast,individual big and scallop adductor-out rate high.
