摘　　要：高职院校生源的高等性、职业性、区域性、技术应用性等特点,决定了高职院校学生党员的发展工作有别于普通高校。其学生党员的发展工作必须通过强化理论武装,注重在解决实际问题的过程中提高综合素质,健全培养体系,创新培养教育形式等方式,才能提高培养教育效果和发展质量。The quality of high standard, professionality, regionality and application of technology of the higher vocational college students determines that the work of fostering the student member of C.C.P. is different from that in general higher school. To improve the effect of training and the quality of cultivating, the work should be operated by intensifying the academic preparation, paying more attention to promoting the comprehensive quality in solving the practical problem, perfecting the education system, innovating the education modes.
